Terms & Conditions

Lessons are paid for in advance, in one of the following blocks:

We send a WhatsApp reminder before your final paid lesson to alert you to top up.

Payments can be made on our website, at reception, or using ClearPay if you’d like to spread the cost interest-free.

If payment is not made promptly after the final lesson in your block, your slot may be released to another student.

Block payments are strictly non-refundable.

Block lessons expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.

Your regular lesson slot remains reserved unless you give notice that you are stopping.

In the event of a tutor moving on from Planet Music Academy, a suitable replacement tutor will be provided.

We will endeavour to maintain the original lesson day and time wherever possible.

Block payments remain valid within PMA and are not refundable.

The names “Planet Music“, “Planet Music Academy” and the logo are the trademarks of Planet Music Academy.
