How we’re keeping you and your children safe: COVID-19

From deep cleaning to social distancing; here’s a summary of everything we’re doing to protect us, you and your family.

Hand sanitisation.

Everyone is required to clean their hands using our provided hand sanitisation stand upon entry and throughout the building. Of course, we request that parents remind their children to wash their hands thoroughly and regularly as well.

Daily deep cleans.

Our team performs a deep clean of all areas on a daily basis. To be extra safe, we then use antibacterial spray to wipe down all areas throughout the day and evening.

Face Coverings.

All tutors wear masks and/or face visors at all times when in the building. All students over the age of 11 years are instructed to wear a mask. Any non-student visitors to the building are instructed to wear masks.

Building Access.

We have limited the access to the building by requesting that only students enter and where possible, parents only enter to address the reception and then are asked to vacate and wait in the carpark - tutors will provide lesson feedback outside or by email.

We have temporarily closed our waiting room areas and kitchen. No complimentary refreshments are available.

Tuition Spaces.

Our tuition rooms have been cleared of any non-essential equipment and have been designed in order to maximise distance between student and tutor. We have installed safety screens in all rooms and air conditioning to promote flow of air through the spaces.

General Health.

As soon as any staff members feel unwell or show any symptoms of COVID-19 we will instruct them to stay at home and adhere to all government guidelines.

Any students who are symptomatic must also refrain from entering PMA. Where suitable, PMA will provide lessons via the online ZOOM platform.
